On the Kweebec Corner voice chat the other day, we were having a conversation about Hytale's boss fights, particularly about the interesting AI. What are you hoping to see in the boss fights? How do you compare them to other games?
Personally I'm hoping that the boss fights aren't like the stock kind of ones you see in older Zelda games - that is, there is a certain pattern that you follow, where you work to reveal the weak spot, strike it, repeat, and then fight slowly amps up more as you weaken the boss.
While there isn't anything super bad about this, it can get really bland as soon as you figure out the pattern. Do you think Hytale will be like this, or do you think they'll go beyond? What are your thoughts?
